It's not open right now. Looks like it's under construction. Sad cuz I drove for the ceviche. Hopefully they will update their hours.

4++ This place is located in the Grand Central Market. What sets this place apart from some of the other taco stands in the market is that it specializes in seafood items. The folks here are friendly and there is a good variety of items to select from, but still pretty streamlined. Because it is located in the Grand Central Market, the place feels always pretty busy around you, whether there are other folks sitting around you or the people here filling to go orders. There's a general sense of hustle for sure, but when you are dining there, the vibe can still be chill. Another cool thing is that they have the items on display so you have a good idea of what you're ordering (at least when I went around lunch time) I got a couple of the gringos tacos with just shrimp. They were delicious and had a good amount of ingredients on it giving it a great texture and flavor profile. This place is definitely a great place to scratch that mariscos itch while being reasonably priced. You can order the tacos mixed with octopus (which is supposed to be the really popular item), but I personally stopped eating octopus.

I ordered the shrimp ceviche tostada, omg sooooo good! It was juicy fresh and delicious. The avocado was prefect didn't taste weird. The shrimp wasn't chewy at all , it was prefect! It was not spicy at all either. Just over all so delicious! && fulfilling. The price was decent, the service was good and fast. Will definitely be returning!

I ordered the fish ceviche- yum. No complaints! My husband on the other hand ordered the sampler platter not realizing that 4 of the six items were spicy. He took one bite of the octopus taco and his mouth was on fire. - We are not spicy people. The chef offered to make him the Shrimp burger with no chipotle. It was very good and the cheese eased the burning sensation in the mouth. The chef came over to check if the food was okay and offered to make something else if needed. The service and food are awesome!

This will always be my favorite place in DTLA for fresh Mexican seafood cuisine! They consistently serve up mean tostada mixta every time I visit over the last 10 years at least. Service is quick as they can be, and the seafood has always been fresh in all my experience. This is the place I get seafood tostada and I would walk here instead of going anywhere else!

Wow, thanks to The LA Times, I was able to find this glorious taco called Gringos. It's with grilled shrimp and octopus, wrapped in melted Oaxacan cheese, filled with grilled Fresno peppers and topped with chipotle aioli and radishes. The shrimp and octopus and were perfectly cooked while the cheese didn't overpower the flavors, nor was it greasy. This was one of our first stops for our taco tour of LA Times list, and damn it did not disappoint!

Great fish ceviche tostada: super fresh, do dress generously with hot sauce, and a good punch from the onions and white fish ceviche with crispy tortillas. Quick five minutes to prepare the good for takeout or to dine in. Good menu of tacos and soups and ceviches to offer!

I was inside grand central market and wanted something yummy but relatively healthy. I came across La tostaderia, and their freshly sourced seafood caught my eye. The service was great, I modified my ceviche tostada to have soft corn tortillas vs the crunchy to ensure gluten freeness and they were very accommodating. The food itself was good but not mind-blowing. My ceviche was slightly more acidic than I am used to (maybe more lime juice?) but tasty regardless. If I was not gluten free I would have tried the octopus tacos, those looked standout.
